After Publication the Print version will be available for purchase for $15 plus $4 S/H per copy, $5 S/H to Canada. (Again, up to 5 copies per order with $11 S/H inside the US)

Step #2
Email us:
Email (by clicking the orange button below) your PayPal Transaction ID, include the address where we should ship your order, or if it's the digital issue, then please provide the email address you prefer.
Step #3
Fill out the Corresponding Order Form:

Fill in your order info in Form 1 below to pre-order the Print or Digital Issue. If you're ordering an Annual Print or Digital Subscription, fill out Form 2. In the message box, include your PayPal Transaction ID. Please, make sure that you fill in your name, email, issue number, and address correctly, and the amount you paid.
