“Accepting

Mary, is living in the moment ….”

“yes, dear brother, it is ‘moving on’, the past is what it is

no longer changeable – good bad or indifferent ….”

“The present, Mary, is the instant of almost infinity ….

where there are multiple options open to us

beckoning our creative choice ….”

“Thus accepting, dear brother, where we are in this moment and space

is where our lives are to be lived in joy and anticipation,

open to spontaneity prudently invited ….

as we step with confidence on the path of our choice ….

ever ‘moving on’ adapting nourishing

and caring for ourselves – loving those around us

forming new friendships – ever curious ….”

“To be alive and present to and in the moment, Mary ,

is to be one with all there is partaking in the Creative Energy whereby

all that is is – including thee and me ….”

“It is important, dear brother, to take care of thyself first ….

be a supporter of those you love ….

let others have space to be themselves – lest you become an enabler

attempting to have them walk a path you envision for them ….

allow the other the freedom to make their choice

remember you so highly value making your own choices not following another ….

so do onto others – allowing them to experience

the good bad and neutral results of their own journey it is their life ….

for is that not what you so desire for yourself

responsible choices in the present moment made by your own choice ….!”

“Yes, Mary, ‘’tis a gift to see beauty before me amid vastness of choices -

living in the moment – one with Energy vibrating within me and I one with all ….
